WHAT WE OFFER

An Energy Efficient Home locks comfort in and locks the elements out. You can pride yourself on knowing that the home you build, could still be standing 100 years from now. We are that confident in the quality, craftsmanship, and energy efficiency.

SCIENCE OF EFFICIENCY

Heat loss in homes occurs primarily through air leakage (convection), thermal bridging (conduction), and via radiation (usually through windows). It is important to understand that the R-Value of a home is based on the resistance to conduct heat and does not accurately represent any protection against convective or radiative heat loss. In addition, batt and loose-fill insulation settles and degrades over time thus further reducing the effectiveness of the associated R-Value.

BUILDING ENVELOPE

Our specialized building envelope, otherwise known as our Thermal Lock Wall, exceeds R2000 standards and not only ensures a warm, comfortable, quiet home, it also means you get the very best in quality of construction.

TECHNOLOGY

Not all homes are built equal! What you don’t see can make all the difference. An ENERGY EFFICIENT HOME is a functional system of airtight construction techniques and innovative “attention-to-detail” insulation through achieving the highest R-Value. We achieve this through our *Thermal Lock Wall system. *Patent Pending
